May 29th official groundbreaking took place for SWWC Agency Administrative Office. ORB has been working with SWWC since 2016 on their facility and real estate plan  as their Owner’s Representative.

SWWC is building a new Agency Administrative Office Building in Marshall, MN, northwest of town, at the corner of London Road and Channel Parkway. The 17,600 square foot facility will host 55+ staff members with conference rooms, staff break/kitchen area, work rooms, and storage space. SWWC collaborates with over 50 school districts throughout southwest Minnesota, providing educational and technology services. The new facility will work to better serve the students and families of those communities.  A large Conference Center and central lobby at the south entrance is a prominent program in the new facility. The flexible training space can be divided into multiple configurations, providing an adequate host for teaching and learning seminars. Also adjacent to the central lobby is an Audiology Testing Center providing assessment services for students through their local school districts.”
