Since 2016, ORB Management has served as the Owner’s Representative for Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC), guiding the organization through strategic facility and real estate planning. As part of this long-term partnership, ORB helped assess the need for a new centralized administrative facility and oversaw the development of a purpose-built, 17,600-square-foot office in Marshall, Minnesota.

Designed to support SWWC’s growing operations, the new building accommodates over 55 staff members and includes conference rooms, a spacious staff breakroom and kitchen, dedicated workrooms, and ample storage. The facility strengthens SWWC’s ability to deliver essential educational and technology services to more than 50 school districts across southwest Minnesota.

A central feature of the building is the prominent south entrance, which opens into a welcoming lobby and an adaptable Conference Center. This space is designed to support professional development, training sessions, and community events, with flexible layouts that accommodate a variety of configurations. Adjacent to the lobby is a state-of-the-art Audiology Testing Center, which provides critical assessment services to students in partnership with local school districts.

With this new facility, SWWC is better positioned to serve educators, students, and families—creating a collaborative, future-ready hub for regional support and learning.
