Montevideo ELC
The Montevideo Educational Learning Center (ELC) is a new ground-up building, including parking, storm water management systems, student drop-off areas, and, a controlled outdoor playground. The project includes the design of learning communities which include classrooms, motor skills and work-learn, and common learning space designed to meet the needs of special education students with severe disabilities with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, and/or, students who are having behavior issues. The building design include indoor recreation space, cafeteria/dining/life skills, administrative/staff offices, and includes a Ready Clinic for the early treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
