Founded in 1981, American Solutions for Business (ASB), headquartered in Glenwood, MN, has grown to serve over 40,000 clients across the world as a product and technology partner helping streamline organization, increase market share, and accomplish branding goals.

Their commitment to the Glenwood community, their staff, and their clients, created a desire to revitalize 3 of their downtown office/training facilities (totaling 30,756 square feet). Their goal was to optimize and modernize the space to reflect a fresh, contemporary look while preserving historical charm; and, to create a more comfortable, open, and collaborative place for staff to work and clients to visit. 

In late 2022, ASB engaged ORB Management as their owner’s representative to guide and facilitate the process of assessing, planning, and implementing these capital projects.  Successfully working through the inherent challenges (known and unknown) of transforming old buildings, while maintaining business operations, the last of the three was recently completed.  Mission accomplished!
